For the 2019 model year, in all models, Apple Car Play will be offered as a subscription service on every vehicle equipped with Navigation. 1 year free trial is included with Apple Car Play with the potential to renew the service annually after that for $80/year.


2019 BMW i3 120Ah
BMW i3 battery upgraded from 94Ah to 120Ah for 2019.
Electric only range increases up to 153 miles from 94Ah / 115 miles.

2019 BMW 3 Series Sedan, Gran Turismo and Sports Wagon.
The brand new BMW 3 Series sedan replaces the previous generation of Sedans in 11/2018. 2020 M340i and M340i xDrive sedans begin production in 4/2019.

The all-new 2019 BMW 330i and 330i xDrive Sedans

The 2019 BMW 330i xDrive Sports Wagon and 3 Series Gran Turismo go into production 07/2018 and will continue in their current body/chassis for MY19. The 328d xDrive Sports Wagon ends production 12/2018 and will not be replaced.

Standard Equipment now includes:
  • MY19 Sports Wagon and Gran Turismo gain standard Active driving Assistant (5AS).
  • MY19 Sports Wagon and Gran Turismo gain standard park distance control.
Optional Equipment now includes:
  • Driving Assistant Package (ZDA) is discontinued due to Active Driving Assistant (5AS) becoming standard.
  • Premium Package (ZDA) now includes Heated Front Seats, Navigation Professional, Heads-Up Display, Advanced Real Time Traffic Information, Remote Services, Speed Limit Information and Apple Car Play with 1 year trial service. The price is now $3,000 (+$100).
  • Navigation Professional (609) adds Advanced Real Time Traffic Information, Remote Services and Apple Car Play with 1 year trial service. Pricing remains unchanged at $1,700.

  • New Convenience Package (ZCV) containing Lumbar Support (430i/xi), Heated Front Seats and Active Blind Spot Detection. Pricing is $1,100 on 430i/xi and $850 on 440i/xi due to Lumbar support being standard on 440i/xi.
  • M Sport Package (ZMP) now includes Convenience Package (ZCV). Pricing is now $3,700 (up from $2,600) on 430i/xi and $3,400 (up from $2,550) on 440i/xi.
  • Executive Package (ZPX) now includes Dakota leather. Pricing is now $2,550 (up from $2,100).
  • Luxury Package (ZPL) no cost, replaces Luxury Package (ZLX) $1,850. ZPL includes Luxury line exterior chrome design elements, signature key and deletion of Sport Instrument Cluster. The previous package (ZLX) also included Harman Kardon Audio and Dakota leather.

The MY19 BMW 5 Series went into production 7/2018.

Standard Equipment now includes:
  • Active Driving Assistant (5AS) is now standard and includes Blind Spot Detection, Lane Departure Warning, Frontal Collision Warning, Pedestrian Warning with Braking, City Collision Mitigation with braking and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
  • Park Distance Control is now standard on all 5 Series. Was previously standard on M550i only.
  • Apple Car Play and 1 year free trial is now included with standard Navigation.
  • Led fog lamps have been removed as standard except for the M Sport Package.
Optional Equipment now includes:
  • Driver Assistance Package (ZDA) is no longer offered as Active Driving Assistant (5AS) is now standard.
  • Heads up Display is moved to the Premium Package from ZDA.
  • Convenience Package is a new package on the 530i/xi, 530e/xe, and 540i/xi and includes Automatic Tailgate, Comfort Access, Satellite Radio with 1 year subscription, and Front Heated Seats. Pricing is $1,400.
  • M Sport Package now includes Convenience Package and leather upholstery on 530i/e models. Pricing is $5,050 for 530i/xi, $4,750 for 530e/xe and $3,600 for 540i/xi.
  • Premium Package now includes Parking Assistant Plus, Heads Up Display, Wireless Charging, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and Gesture Control. Pricing is $1,950.
  • Executive Package on the 530i/xi and 540i/xi includes Soft Close Doors, Rear manual side window shades, Adaptive Led Headlamps with Auto High beam and Dynamic Digital Instrument Cluster. Pricing is $1,100.
  • Park Distance Control is now standard and no longer offered as a single option.
  • Apple car Play is no longer offered as a single option and is now standard.
